Red Rock Resources plc (AIM:RRR) is a gold explorer and producer, with strategic stakes in steel feeds and in uranium/rare earths. Adds value by innovative transaction skills and cost-effective exploration. Red Rock also trades on PLUS and Frankfurt.

Current Operations

Gold interests:

• Kenya;
  Migori Gold Belt, 63 km long, 1.2m oz Indicated Gold Resource, 310 sq km (farm-in to 60%, 15% held), plus option over 320 sq km, 20 km N of N. Mara
• Colombia:
  Producing gold mine (El Limón), and mine ready to produce (La Aurora) in Antioquia, high grade, with plant ($2m loan at 5%, management fees of $250k+ per qtr, profit share, and option to buy in to 51%).

Other:
23.2% stake in Jupiter Mines Ltd
(ASXJMS) Former Red Rock iron ore, manganese assets in WA (Red Rock has 1.5% royalty on 1.3bn t potential flat-lying magnetite deposit). Red Rock took control in joint venture with Pallinghurst in 2009. Important manganese mine in S Africa being acquired in August. At 24c, value of stake £12m. 

26.3% in Resource Star Ltd
(ASX:RSL). Former Red Rock uranium, rare earths assets in Australia, Malawi. At 6c, value £0.5m.
